Requests and confirmation

Submitting a request does not confirm the trip. Our team will contact you to agree on the car, itinerary, price and conditions. Pending requests hold the car until reviewed.

Prices and payments

Rentals are charged per 24 hours, rounded up. Transfers cover one journey up to 20 km within Da Nang. Private tours are priced per car; see inclusions and exclusions. Only verified payments are recorded. Online payment is not supported. Additional costs must be agreed in advance.

Changes and cancellations

Contact your coordinator for changes, cancellations or refunds. Specific policies and deposits must be agreed before payment. The website does not automatically charge cancellation fees.

Personal information

Your name, phone, email and itinerary are used to process and coordinate your trip. Staff access is role-based; drivers only see assigned trips. Keep your private booking link confidential. Contact the operator to request updates or deletion of your information.

AI assistance & your data

When you consent to use the assistant, your input is sent to OpenAI for processing. Do not enter passwords, card details or sensitive information. The public assistant reads only the car and tour catalogue, not other customers’ bookings. Recent conversation is kept in your session and can be cleared using Start over. Results are suggestions to review, not booking confirmations.
